Anderson against Prop O and "union-controlled dictators"

PATTY ANDERSON'S OWN UNION REFUSES TO ENDORSE HER

The Palomar College CTA association, the PFF is endorsing Elizabeth JAKA, Steve LILLY and Angela CHUNKA NOT Patty Anderson. Don't you wonder why?

PATTY ANDERSON WRITES EXTREMIST NCTIMES LETTERS TO EDITOR UNDER NAME PATRICIA A. JOHNSON, PATTY JOHNSON, PAT JOHNSON

VISTA SCHOOLS BLOG EDITOR'S NOTE POSTED FRIDAY 2:54 PM:

THE ABOVE REMAINS VERIFIED. PATTY ANDERSON WAS NOT ENDORSED BY HER UNION.

GUFFANTI'S GANG PRETENDS THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW THAT PATTY ANDERSON WRITES UNDER A PSEUDONYM

HOWEVER,WHAT IS WRITTEN BELOW ABOUT PATTY ANDERSON BEING PATTY ANDERSON JOHNSON IS IN DOUBT AT THE MOMENT. Addendum: Patty Anderson IS Patty Johnson wife of Stan Johnson according to the NCTimes article here:
http://www.nctimes.com/articles/2006/11/07/election2006/sandiego/20_57_4011_6_06.txt

THE "ANTI" NCTIMES BLOG POSTERS DENY THAT THIS IS TRUE. THEIR DENIALS SOUND GENUINE. (But they are not)I HAVE A SOURCE THAT SWEARS PATTY ANDERSON IS PATTY JOHNSON. (My source emailed me the above article) I AM RE-CHECKING WITH THAT SOURCE AND WILL POST AGAIN AS SOON AS I HEAR WHAT MAKES MY SOURCE SO CERTAIN. (The above article.)

WHAT I CURRENTLY KNOW FOR SURE: (all these are still true including one more both Stan Johnson and his wife Patty A. Johnson wrote spoke and wrote letters in support of the defunct, bankrupt charter school VLACS. Patty Anderson at a candidate forum said her daughter used to attend VLACS.)

MORE EVIDENCE PATTY ANDERSON IS THE RADICAL LETTER WRITER, PATTY JOHNSON

(1) PATTY ANDERSON'S HUSBAND'S NAME IS STAN. SHE HAS A PICTURE OF HIM AND HIS FIRST NAME ON HER PALOMAR AND CSUSM WEBSITES. THE HUSBAND OF PATTY JOHNSON SEEN AT A VUSD BOARD MEETING IS IDENTIFIED AS SAME PERSON ON PATTY ANDERSON'S OWN PALOMAR COLLEGE WEB SITE.

(2) NCTIMES LETTERS TO THE EDITOR SHOW THAT STAN JOHNSON AND PATRICIA A. JOHNSON WERE OPPONENTS OF THE SCHOOL BOND PROP O.

(3) STAN JOHNSON WAS LOOKING FOR DONATIONS FOR PATTY ANDERSON FOR HER 2006 VUSD SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDACY, BUT NOT FOR JIM GIBSON. SEE STAN JOHN'S REQUEST BELOW THAT HE POSTED ON A CONSERVATIVE WEB SITE.

(4) I CAN INFER THAT STAN JOHNSON WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLICITING MONEY FOR A SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATE THAT DISAGREED WITH HIM ON HIS OPPOSITION TO PROP O.

(5) I CAN INFER THAT THERE IS SOME KIND OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STAN JOHNSON AND PATTY ANDERSON OR HE WOULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR FUNDS SPECIFICALLY FOR HER AND NOT THE OTHER CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATE. I DO NOT KNOW IF THAT RELATIONSHIP IS NEIGHBOR, CHURCH FRIEND, SOCIAL FRIEND, BUT IT IS NOT NECESSARILY SPOUSE. (Yes, it is. They are married. She is running for school board and has written a series of nctimes letters to the editor advocating extremists views. Apparently she thinks using her married name gives her anonymity enough to allow her to expose her true inner views.)

(6) BOTTOM LINE--AT THIS POINT I CANNOT SAY FOR CERTAIN THAT PATTY A. JOHNSON'S MIDDLE NAME IS ANDERSON OR THAT SHE IS THE ONE AND THE SAME AS PATTY ANDERSON WHO IS RUNNING FOR VUSD SCHOOL BOARD (But now at 7:54PM, I can.)

PATTY ANDERSON'S EXTREMIST VIEWS IN HER OWN WORDS

Here are a few clues about her extremism revealed in phrases she has used in letters to the editor in the NCTimes, “union-controlled board”; “What are he and the union trying to hide?”;the liberal elite, union-controlled dictators in charge of VUSD”. Are you getting the picture of who the real Patty Anderson is?

PATTY ANDERSON TRIED TO DEFEAT PROP O, OUR VUSD SCHOOL BOND THAT BUILT ALL THE NEW SCHOOLS IN OUR DISTRICT

Patty Anderson's FULL name is Patricia Anderson Johnson. She is the wife of the infamous Stan Johnson who worked on campaign to defeat Prop O, our school bond. Without Prop O there would be NO new schools in VUSD. She and her husband wrote many letters to the editor against the bond. She used the alias (her married name) Patricia Johnson, Pat Johnson and Patty Johnson for her letters.

THREE PREVIOUS SCHOOL BONDS NARROWLY DEFEATED

VUSD had had three previous failed bonds. Our VUSD schools were horrible overcrowded. To make room for the HUGE number of students, VUSD had to cut 17 days from K-8 school year and start a three track year around school schedule where one track (1/3) of our students were home at all times.

DEFEAT OF PREVIOUS BONDS MEANT OVER A MONTH LESS OF SCHOOL FOR EVERY K-8 VUSD STUDENT!

Students went to school two months and had one month off. They ended up out of school FOUR MONTHS a year.

School facilities never had down time for major repairs and infrastructure repair. VUSD was forced to have heavy equipment working on campus (at Beaumont for instance) while students were on the very same campus! The good people of our district worked like mad to get the fourth bond passed (Prop O). It did! but no thanks to Patty Anderson and her husband Stan Johnson.

STAN JOHNSON AND HIS WIFE PATTY ANDERSON DID NOT CARE THAT OUR STUDENTS LOST MORE THAN 5 WEEKS OF SCHOOLING A YEAR, THEY OPPOSED PROP O

Stan and Patricia Johnson wrote numerous letters to the editor criticizing the bond and urging voters not to vote for it in the two months January and February 2002 before the bond was submitted to the voters in the March 5, 2002 California Primary Election. In August of 2000 before Prop O was conceived of she wrote a letter to the editor OPPOSING ALL SCHOOL BONDS.
Read it here: http://www.nctimes.com/articles/2000/08/04/export14337.txt

PATTY ANDERSON ACKNOWLEDGES SHE OPPOSED PROP O

Patty Anderson also acknowledges directly that she OPPOSED Prop O in the following nctimes letter to the editor.
http://www.nctimes.com/articles/2002/08/06/export15674.txt

For those who do not want to click the above link, the letter is reproduced in its entirety below.

Those against bond still have to pay for it

Let me remind Elizabeth Jaka ("Academy should take care of itself," July 25) that just because people voted against Proposition O doesn't excuse them from paying taxes supporting it.

Therefore, since we who opposed the bond must pay for it, we have as much right to expect the money be administered according to California law as those who supported Prop. O.
You might recall our biggest concern was the district's record of mismanaging funds they already had and our fear that bond money wouldn't be administered fairly.

As for the building housing VLACS, it's not how the property was being used that changed but the fact that the district exempted themselves from local code. Now for reasons not forthcoming Letha McWey, David Hubbard and Valarie Wade appear opposed to granting the same waiver to a school serving the Hispanic community.

Just as they seem opposed to providing adequate and safe bus service to Olive Elementary, another school with a high Hispanic population.

These same three also saw fit to severely cut nursing and counseling staffs to the potential detriment of all children in VUSD. Safety of children and proper management of funds are everybody's responsibility, so we will continue watching and reporting on VUSD's failures in these areas.

PATTY ANDERSON RAILS WILDLY AND ASKS PARANOID QUESTION ABOUT "HIDING"

In this February 27, 2002 letter to the editor, Patty rails against Hubbard and union controlled board. It sounds again like she is against Prop O
http://www.nctimes.com/articles/2002/02/27/export4044.txt

Committee can't hold district legally liable

In the Feb. 17 article, "Bond passage triggers committee to oversee spending" Vista Unified School District Trustee David Hubbard confirmed the union-controlled board, not the oversight committee, "controls the purse strings" of the bond funds.

Dan Piro (Great Schools for Great Kids) (nut case that tried to get RBVHS baseball coach Fletes fired) and Mike Vail (VUSD assistant superintendent of facilities) both acknowledge the committee has authority to examine cost effectiveness of bond expenditures.

Nothing in the Education Code actually allows the committee to hold the district legally liable. In fact, according to California Education code 15284, only legal claims for failures to spend bond money on things listed under California Constitution Article XIIIA (1) (b) (3), "construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, replacement of school facilities, furnishing and equipping of school facilities, or the acquisition or lease of real property for school facilities" can be filed, and not claims for the cost effectiveness of those expenditures.

Hubbard refuses to name potential candidates for the committee claiming, "We may end up alienating more people before the election than (we) would gain in support of it." What are he and the union trying to hide? (CAN YOU SAY PARANOIA?)

PATTY ANDERSON'S OWN DELUSION RANTING IN PRINT, "liberal elite, union controlled dictators in charge of VUSD" AS SHE ASKS FOR NO ON PROP O

Here is a wild Patty Anderson Letter to the Editor from January 10, 2002 NCTimes
Read it online at:
http://www.nctimes.com/articles/2002/01/10/export650.txt

In the letter she urges vista voters "think very carefully before you throw more money to the liberal elite, union-controlled dictators in charge of VUSD" and vote for Prop O.

PATTY ANDERSON SAYS: Think carefully before giving Vista money

According to Gail Ryan, Vista Unified School District assistant superintendent of elementary education, the current 163-day multitrack year-round schedule provides our children 910 hours of classroom time each year. However, should VUSD return to a typical 180-day schedule, our children will only receive 900 hours of classroom time each year. (THIS IS A LIE, STUDENTS HAVE MORE DAYS IN SCHOOL NOW UNDER TRADITIONAL SCHEDULE AND SAME NUMBER OF HOURS AS THEY DID UNDER YEAR AROUND SCHEDULE, AS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW THE NUMBER OF HOURS OF TEACHING TO BE REDUCED EVER)

Therefore, our children will suffer a loss of 10 hours (two full days) of classroom instruction time. (SAME LIE REPEATED)Will this really improve the current SAT-9 test scores? Furthermore, according to the California Department of Education Web site, VUSD has a 60 percent graduation rate with only 22 percent of its graduates meeting UC/CSU entrance requirements. (YEAH RIGHT, WE BELIEVE YOUR STATISTICS.)Can our children really afford to lose these 10 hours of instruction time?

VUSD is asking us to pass a bond in March so they can eliminate 10 hours each year of your child's valuable classroom instruction time and put more money into the administrators' pockets. (A TWOFER, TWO LIES ONE SENTENCE)

Do your research and think very carefully before you throw more money to the liberal elite, union-controlled dictators in charge of VUSD. Remember: You can't fill a leaky bucket simply by adding more water.

School shows disdain for Hispanics
Lizzie Reyes (Letters, Jan. 13) speaks about Vista Adult School sending home parents seeking to learn English because they dared to bring their children.

Vista Unified School District continues to show its disdain for the Hispanic community through this and other examples of neglect toward Hispanics' needs and desires.

VUSD maintains its bilingual education program despite Oceanside Unified School District's proof that its immersion program works better and improves test scores. One need only look at the large disparities of over 20 percent points between SAT-9 scores of white students and Hispanic students to see VUSD is failing the Hispanic community.

It is obvious to the most casual observer that VUSD doesn't want Hispanics to learn English or receive a proper education and, thus, keep them in their place.(HEY STAN, YOUR RACISM IS SHOWING) Can we really give the VUSD elitists more money when they show such arrogance toward 38 percent of the student body and local community?Until the attitude problems are fixed and VUSD shows responsibility toward educating the whole community, there's no way we can afford to support them or a bond. Just say no to O.

STAN JOHNSON Vista (DON'T STAN AND PATTY MAKE A LOVELY COUPLE?)

Here is a Stan Johnson posting on a Conservative website from 2006, misspelling and poor grammar left in (also notice that he failed to mention that Patty was his wife--deception?):

Vista Unified School District in San Diego County is one of the Districts that is still pushing the Bi-Illiteracy Education program.? They have faught (SIC) very hard to keep it in place only to see the dropout rate of Hispanics students continue to grow, the number of gangs and gang members grows, and test scores to remain very low.? The most recent scores showed over 60% of VUSD student were reading below grade level!? (FALSE) Unfortunately the position of Board Member is a Non-Partisan elected post, so the Board continues to be dominated by left-wing liberals, supported by the local Teacher''s Union.? (LEFT WING LIBERALS THAT TOOK THE TEACHER'S SALARIES FROM THIRD HIGHEST IN THE COUNTY TO SECOND LOWEST, IF THAT IS UNION CONTROL IT IS VERY POOR CONTROL.) This November we are trying to change that by running two conservative Republicans, endorsed by the Republican Party: Jim Gibson and Patty Anderson.? (FUNNY HE DID NOT TELL HIS POTENTIAL DONORS THAT PATTY IS HIS WIFE) However, we need a lot of help to beat the thousands of dollars typically put up by the Union each election.? Please visit electpattyanderson.com.
(NOTICE HE MENTIONED JIM GIBSON BUT ONLY GAVE INFORMATION TO CONTRIBUTE TO HIS WIFE'S CAMPAIGN)

Do we want the anti-public education duo of Stan and Patty Anderson-Johnson controlling the fate of our students and children here at VUSD? You have read their paranoid statements, their half truths and down right prevarications, are these the type to give us strong steady leadership or another descent into the chaos of fringe politics?
